Do I need to RSVP for all events now?

No. We'd appreciate you giving an early indication of your attendance by selecting "will attend" or "will not attend" on the Save The Date that you received via Paperless Post. We will collect your RSVPs for each event and dietary information when we send the formal invitations early in 2026. 

Do I need a visa to travel to Megeve?

Visas are not required for US or UK citizens traveling to France or Switzerland for a short stay. More information here :

Do you have recommendations for other places to visit?

We are highly supportive of anyone turning this trip into a longer holiday (“vacation”). Geneva is a great hub for travel across Europe with daily affordable flights to Italy, Greece, Spain and beyond. You can also travel by car to the Italian lakes, Switzerland, the city of Lyon & the Rhone valley. It’s about 6 hours by road to the South of France and 4 hours by train to Paris. The options are endless! If you have questions or want recommendations, please reach out.

Are children invited?

What’s the summer weather like in the French Alps?

In the mountains, the month of July is sometimes mild, sometimes hot. We hope the sun will show up. Nevertheless, don't forget to pack some warm clothes: when the sun goes down, the temperature quickly drops.
